Modular storing and dosing station
for IBCs
Our storage and dosing station for IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) is available as single unit and as twin unit. The twin unit for raw materials used often allows to switch over to a second IBC without any waiting time as soon as the first IBC is empty and has to be exchanged. The pumps and dosing devices are adapted to the classes of the raw materials used and to the conveying capacities.
The options below are available:
- level indicator, not in contact with the product
- collection tray as defined in the WHG (the German Federal Water Act)
- platform weigher for subtractive dosing
- ATEX design
- mobile and stationary agitators
- terminal for operator guidance (for a use with our production control system pronto)
for drums
Our storage and dosing station for drums first of all features a base frame where drums can be stored in oblique position. The basic version provides fall feeding and taps for manual operation. The empty receptacle (transport container) is put onto a set of mobile scales and moved to the tapping point. The end positions of the taps are used to monitor that the raw material is that specified in the recipe.

- discharge by means of (diaphragm) pumps
- automatic dosing valves
- barcode or RFID identification on transport containers
