We also focus on the design concept of the business processes. We include and allow for existing machines or those provided by the customer, such as packing lines, strainers, mills.

We programme and assemble the line control units. Thus, the process engineering and the production control are under the same responsibility.

So, the process engineering already covers the use of technologies which make the process safe, such as RFID or barcodes. And our engineering also shows future possible extensions. We will be pleased to develop adequate proposals for you.

This also applies to the implementation of special process steps in complex production processes.

    We will be pleased to answer your questions around application technology, recipe selection, or the assessment of raw materials and offer you an individual complete solution.

  • Within the scope of the project engineering, our qualified process engineers will develop concepts regarding the planning and implementation of your user-specific requirements. Moreover, we will prepare realistic budget and business plans within the scope of our basic or detailed engineering. Our customers also appreciate our offer of EPC settlement.

  • Delivery of the individual plant components allows for the optimum availability for use. Our efficient project management guarantees on-schedule and quality-driven execution of our delivery scheme. From the very beginning of the project, experienced project engineers are involved in all processes.

  • Prior to commissioning, we assemble your lines in a workmanlike manner and train your personnel to ensure that operating and maintenance always provides for smooth production. We have gained experience in running production in many years of assembly & commissioning. Thus, we know how to prevent avoidable production downtimes and you may concentrate on your core business.

    The supervision of the construction site, including all safety-relevant issues also is among our tasks. Together with our experienced site supervisors, we coordinate all jobs to be done.

  • A comprehensive maintenance and repair service on call and around-the-clock assures the high availability of our lines. Our hotline always is your first contact and our qualified service personnel will give you support. Thanks to the opportunity of flexible remote maintenance, we are able to help you in a quick and easy manner.
