For the weighing of aluminium ingots, we are implementing a calibratable special weighing solution for a Berlin aluminium producer. The development of this special scale for weighing aluminium ingots weighing up to 12 tonnes takes into account the customer's individual requirements and is unique in its nature.
The custom-fit solution enables the customer to weigh the aluminium ingots comfortably and safely in the future without blocking the existing truck scales. The central location of the scales within the warehouse also ensures significant time savings as well as increased operational reliability in the internal plant logistics, as the ingots no longer have to be transported laboriously on the company premises to the existing truck scales for weighing.
Modular emaxx weighing software for handling central processes
In addition to delivery and initial verification by us, this special solution is supplemented by our modular weighing software emaxx. In addition to handling central processes from master data maintenance to performance recording on truck scales, emaxx enables the customer to conveniently connect the two existing trolley systems directly to the higher-level ERP system.
