We are supplying a mixing plant and our pronto process control system to a northern German producer of food flavourings. The liquid raw materials are dosed from six connected IBCs into a central mixer in the mixing plant. The young company's production plant has already been designed for a second mixing container for future expansion.
The plant is controlled by our pronto production control system with a subordinate PLC. All recipes and process sequences can be managed with pronto. Production orders are also created, started, monitored and logged. The integrated batch tracking system guarantees transparent traceability of the manufactured products.
