For a well-known construction chemicals producer with headquarters in Bavaria, we are supplying small component stations for the dosing of powdered additives and pigments, including automation technology and electrical installation for their production site in western Germany. This expansion solution is already the third plant expansion that we have been allowed to carry out for the customer at this location.
Individual plant expansion for flexible production
In additive dosing, a double-digit number of silos with enclosed weigh hoppers is planned. Assigned metering screws feed one after the other into one of the enclosed weighing containers. The pigment dosing station includes a feed hopper. In order to achieve a reliable product flow, the containers are additionally equipped with an air loosening device, a beater and a vibrating bottom. The small component dosing units empty into the common mixer after dosing. With the help of the plant extension, the availability of raw materials and flexibility in the production plant are additionally increased. In addition to the engineering and delivery of the plant and the automation technology, we also take care of the installation and commissioning in the customer's production.
