For a German mill group, we are taking on the modernisation of the control system of a production plant at a location in northern Germany. With a grinding capacity of 360,000 tonnes of grain per year, the mill is one of the leading producers of grain milling products in Europe.
The modernisation of the plant control system for grain cleaning includes not only the construction of the control cabinet but also the replacement of the control software and the connection of the control system to our pronto process control system.
The change to the SIMATIC standard enables our customer to achieve additional efficiency gains in the production of various flours and grain products as well as extended visualisation options in the pronto process control system used.
