PCI produces and fills powdered construction chemical products at its Hamm site. In order to expand its production capacities, the company wanted to integrate additional storage and dosing capacities for additives and pigments into the existing production plant. In addition to the redesign of the additive dosing system, an existing dosing station for colour pigments was to be modified in order to be able to dose different dosing quantities and additional colour pigments into the mixing process.

From the first to the current emaxx generation, JSC Baustoffvertriebs GmbH & Co. KG has operated all versions of our industry software for the bulk materials industry over the past 20 years. Thanks to the constant exchange in a spirit of partnership, JSC's experience has been consistently incorporated into the practice-orientated further development of our industry solution.

In order to harmonise data management in DAW SE's production, OAS implemented the introduction of the MES (Manufacturing Executive System) pronto at the Ober-Ramstadt site. pronto acts as a uniform MES level in the automation pyramid and is the central data collection point for all production facilities.

VPL Coatings GmbH & Co KG specializes in the production of packaging coatings for use in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in the technical industry. Their wish to innovatively revive a production site rich in tradition meant a particularly appealing challenge for the planning departments in plant engineering and process automation of OAS AG.

As one of the leading vendors in the field of automotive exhaust-gas aftertreatment, the company BASF Catalysts Germany GmbH with its catalytic converters and particulate filters for motor vehicles globally provides for drastic reduction of pollutant emissions. To ensure that already the manufacture of the catalytic converters runs clean and free of contamination, OAS AG was entrusted with planning and building of a new powder handling line in the plant in Nienburg (Weser).

C. Thywissen GmbH is a specialist for innovative raw materials from oilseeds and malt. Since 1839, the family business has been dedicated to the extraction of vegetable oils and chemical raw materials. The theme of innovation runs through the company's history and with the most modern production processes, all components of the vegetable raw material are utilised today. Where innovation is a tradition, logically it does not stop at the logistical processes. For this reason, OAS AG was commissioned to develop a yard management concept for the logistical processes of C. Thywissen GmbH.

Based in the Bavarian Chiemgau region, Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH sells mineral and medicinal waters as well as numerous soft drinks under the Adelholzener and Active O2 brands. As part of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, the company is clearly committed to its social responsibility. As clear as the company is with regard to its guidelines, it also wanted to structure the processes of its plant logistics in the future.

Stricker & Weiken GmbH & Co KG, a family-run company with a long tradition, mines and processes Devonian mass lime in Hemer (in the west of Germany). With the processing plant with ultra-fine grinding and filling plant planned and realised by OAS, the company has succeeded in turning away from mass production towards a broad portfolio of special products with significantly increased added value.

Kröner Stärke GmbH produces natural, high-quality products from renewable raw materials for industry, trade and commerce. The traditional, internationally active company has more than one hundred years of experience in the field of starch production and primarily supplies medium-sized companies in the food industry, but also in the animal feed or paper industry.
