For a coffee refiner in Bremen, we are implementing a truck scale solution that complies with the German Water Resources Act (WHG). Due to the special design according to WHG, loading and unloading of tank load scales with water-polluting substances can be carried out directly on the truck scale. On the one hand, this saves the customer time and thus also costs. By avoiding unnecessary journeys for empty and full weighing, the solution also increases safety on the factory premises. The weight value is displayed directly on the scale via a robust weighing terminal and the weighing data is made available to the customer's ERP system in real time via an interface.

For the special design of this scale in accordance with the Water Resources Act, special regulations must be observed in accordance with the relevant DIN standards. This concerns the concrete quality of the scales as well as special measures for sealing the truck scale pit in the course of installation.
