For a Chinese special producer of bulk materials, we are building a production plant including MES for storage, high-precision dosing and mixing. With the delivery of this plant to China, which is already the customer's third turnkey plant from our company, we are continuing our successful international cooperation.
The order includes the engineering of the plant, the delivery as well as the supervision of installation and commissioning on site by our OAS experts. The service is rounded off by a 24/7 on-call service during operation in order to be able to provide the fastest possible assistance in the event of malfunctions.
Seamless batch tracing with pronto production control
The plant is controlled by our MES pronto. An important quality requirement of the customer in this project is complete tracking and tracing from the raw material batch to the end product and back. Our pronto production control system enables the customer to carry out this seamless batch tracing along the entire production chain.
Manual processes are closely guided and documented by pronto to meet the special documentation requirements for the product being manufactured. The multi-stage dosing concept of the system allows the automatic dosing of auxiliary materials with the required precision. To avoid cross-contamination and material losses, mobile containers are used to transport the bulk materials.
