We are retrofitting the plant control system for the northern German site of a German mill group. As part of the modernisation, the existing control system will be replaced with a modern PLC control system. To this end, the mill's entire PLC control programme will be recreated and integrated into the existing production control system pronto. The modernisation project in the rye mill includes approx. 280 digital detectors.
In order to maintain ongoing operations, the control system is being replaced gradually and in several stages.
