We are modernising the process control system of a traditional Bremen coffee roaster. Our pronto production control system has proven itself in the roastery's production for over 20 years. This is why the customer will continue to rely on our solution in the future and is modernising the system to the latest version. In addition to a modern user interface, the customer will benefit from various functional enhancements for production planning, operations management, quality control, warehousing and maintenance. pronto combines a powerful process visualisation system for operating and monitoring (SCADA) with a system for controlling the process and production management level (MES).
The weighing technology used in production is also being modernised. In the future, PLC-supported weighing transmitters will be used here as receiving, dosing and single-brand checkweighers.
