We are modernising the production plant at the Saxon site of a renowned German manufacturer of paints, varnishes and construction chemicals.
The modernisation includes a new small component dosing system, a new ATEX-compliant central dedusting system for the mixing tower and the new small component dosing station and the introduction of our pronto process control system (MES) as the central production control system.
Combining process visualisation, operation and control of production processes
The small component dosing system enables the automated handling of bagged goods and raw materials delivered in BigBags. The raw materials can be automatically dosed and fed into the production process via the integrated container and small component scales. With our pronto process control system, we have established a modern, modular system that has been specially developed for processes in paint and varnish production and the construction chemicals industry. The combination of process visualisation, operation and control of the production processes offers the plant personnel in the control room an ergonomic interface with which all functions of the production plant can be operated.
