For a leading german producer of building materials, we are responsible for the new construction of a mixing plant and the relocation and connection of an existing silo module plant at its site in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The relocation of the silo module plant is part of the new construction of an additional production plant. The silo module plant, which was also previously planned and constructed by OAS, was previously in use at another of the company's production sites. Thanks to its modular design, it can now be easily relocated to the new site and integrated into the new production facility. The modular design and expandability of our plant construction solutions are an integral part of our concept and offer our customers flexibility and investment security.
The modular silo plant, consisting of nine 35 m³ large component silos, will store and dose the raw materials for the new production facility. They will be conveyed to the mixing plant by means of an angled bucket elevator. An additional small component station with three manual chutes and small component scales as well as a separate manual weighing system are also planned.

The uniform control of all dosing and mixing processes takes place via our pronto production control system. pronto combines a powerful process visualisation system for operating and monitoring (SCADA) with a system for controlling the process and production management level (MES). On the MES side, it focuses on the control and management of batch-oriented processes and is also optimised for weighing tasks. By fulfilling all the requirements of the process and production control level, pronto forms a homogeneous overall system for the control and seamless documentation of the production process.
