We are modernising the control system (MES & SCADA) for the entire production of a long-established German spice manufacturer. At its headquarters in Baden-Württemberg, the company produces innovative products in the areas of spices, spice blends and marinades for the meat industry.
From cleaning, feeding station and silo filling to dosing, mixing and liquid production through to container storage and filling, our versatile pronto production control system will control the company's production processes in future. A connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is planned to ensure smooth processes.
In addition to its function as an MES solution, our pronto control system also serves the SCADA level of production. When our control solution is introduced, the existing PLC hardware and weighing electronics are also replaced and reprogrammed.
