Kerstin Schwimmbeck is the new CEO of OAS AG with its nationwide subsidiaries. In her position, she will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the Bremen-based specialist for plant technology and process solutions. She has been a member of the Executive Board since 2013 and has been responsible for IT and organisation. During this time, the company has successfully expanded its IT and software business and optimised internal processes.
"In order to continue our growth trajectory, we are focussing on the strategic development of the company and our portfolio. In addition to innovative engineering and software solutions for industry and SMEs, we will also increasingly focus on the areas of service and after sales in the future," says CEO Kerstin Schwimmbeck, commenting on the future direction of the company's business activities.
With the appointment of Kerstin Schwimmbeck as CEO, the company is finalising the process of corporate succession. The business graduate succeeds company founder Otto A. Schwimmbeck, who passed away last year. "We are convinced that Kerstin Schwimmbeck will successfully shape the further development of OAS AG as CEO and lead the company into the future with new impetus," explains Dr Patrick Wendisch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OAS AG.
