OAS special truck scale - ideal scale solution for individual requirements
The OAS special truck scale allows a great deal of design freedom in the construction of new loading lanes. For an optimal loading and processing of the asphalt, continuous weighing is necessary for an exact loading quantity, as otherwise too much loaded material may have to be returned later at great expense. This makes it necessary to have truck scales directly at the loading point. The structural condition of the loading roads places special demands on the dimensioning of the scales: On the one hand, the area below the mixing plant must be covered as much as possible to enable exact loading over all silo outlets. On the other hand, the foundation of the loading road limits the structural possibilities of the scales.
Due to its individual adaptability in terms of length and width and its flat design, this type of weighbridge is ideal for the special requirements of this asphalt plant.
wcon truck scale software: weighing data handling made easy
The weight values are displayed via our wcon-S software module on a wcon-BP control panel. This means that the weights of the three scales can be conveniently recorded from a central workstation and also read off directly at the respective loading lanes via three wcon remote displays. For loading the transport vehicles, the weight values are also transmitted directly to the system control and the customer's merchandise management system via an interface.
