For a meat processing company from Westphalia, we are implementing a precisely fitting scale solution for the batch-oriented weighing of trough trailers. Our truck scale type EFL is integrated into an existing loading hall. Together with the existing checkweighers in production, it allows an exact evaluation of input and output for the raw materials used.
By means of our modern weighing system wcon, the truck scale is integrated into the existing Ethernet network. Via an interface, the weighing data can be made available to the customer's ERP system and evaluated accordingly.
The weighing of trough trailers without a towing vehicle requires a particularly wear-resistant surface in the area of the trailer supports. The OAS truck scale type EFL is ideally suited for individual applications due to its individual adaptability in terms of length, width and design. Even difficult installation conditions, as in this case due to areas already built over, are no obstacle when installing this type of scale.
