Dr. Patrick Wendisch will be the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OAS AG. The Bremen-based insurance entrepreneur succeeds Detthold Aden, who is stepping down from the board as planned on 31 August 2022 for reasons of age. Previously, Dr Patrick Wendisch was already a member of the Supervisory Board of OAS AG.

With his strategic foresight, he has made a significant contribution to the successful development of the company," said Otto A. Schwimmbeck, Chairman of the Executive Board of OAS AG. "At the same time, we are very pleased to have found an excellent successor for the chairmanship in Dr. Patrick Wendisch. With his exceptional expertise and outstanding network, he will continue to bring important impetus to the Supervisory Board and the company in the future."
Dr Claudia Nottbusch will become a new member of the Supervisory Board. The experienced legal expert works at the interface between civil law and public law, among other things in the real estate industry and in investment and infrastructure projects. Previously a partner at the Bremen law firm Büsing, Müffelmann & Theye for many years, she joined the law firm Ahlers & Vogel as a partner on 1 July 2022.
Also on 31 August 2022, the former Chief Financial Officer, Andre D. Neumann, will leave the management of OAS AG. "We would like to thank Mr Neumann for the trustful cooperation and his consistent performance and wish him all the best and continued success for the future," says Chairman of the Executive Board Otto A. Schwimmbeck.
