Christian Kaiser will join the management of the Bremen-based OAS AG as the new Executive Board member for Finance and Controlling as of 1 October 2023. The graduate in business administration, auditor and tax consultant has been active in a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting company since 2003, most recently as managing partner. He is considered a proven expert in the field of medium-sized financial management.
In his new role, Christian Kaiser will be responsible for the future financial strategy and risk management of OAS AG and will continue to drive the profitability of the company. With his appointment, the company will continue to focus on financial stability and competitiveness in the future.
Dr. Patrick Wendisch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OAS AG, explains: "We are convinced that Christian Kaiser, with his profound expertise and excellent leadership qualities, will make an important contribution to achieving our corporate goals."

Christian Kaiser is a family man and lives with his wife and two children in Achim near Bremen.
