Bremen, May 2016 – On its meeting on 22 April 2016, the Supervisory Board of OAS AG in Bremen appointed a new member for the Board of Directors to strengthen the management as of 1 May 2016.
Otto A. Schwimmbeck, the founder of the company and Chairman of the Board of Directors, envisages diverse growth opportunities for the company and, therefore, appreciates the gain in workforce for the management board.
Andre Daniel Neumann, born in 1974, a member of the Board of Directors for Finances and Controlling, has been working for OAS AG since 2009 and has been authorised signatory of this division from that time on. During his work for OAS AG, he could further the company with his competent expert knowledge along with his commitment, and he will carry on doing so.
